Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days] 

In accordance with the federal trade commission rule. we will ship your order within the time frame promised above. If no specific time frame is promised, we must ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within this time, we will notify you and offer the option to either agree to a new shipping date or cancel your order for a full.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [[email protected]] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
